LiberatingYou.com provides personal and spiritual support intended to facilitate healing, self-awareness, personal transformation, and freedom from patterns and imprints connected with past experiences.

Private sessions may include facilitated exploration and clearing of past wound imprints, coaching, guidance, spiritual mentorship, and other practices offered within Helen's areas of experience and expertise. Sessions may also include channeled messages and guidance relating to healing, self-care, conscious intimacy, and related areas of personal development.

Beginning in 2027, LiberatingYou.com may also offer group clearing experiences and facilitated group events.

Important Notice

The services offered through LiberatingYou.com are intended for personal, educational, spiritual, and transformational purposes.

They are not a substitute for medical care, psychological or psychiatric treatment, psychotherapy, diagnosis, or emergency services, and no representation is made that participation will diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental-health condition.

You are responsible for determining whether a private session or group experience is appropriate for you and for seeking qualified medical or mental-health support when needed.

If you are experiencing an immediate mental-health or physical-health emergency, please contact appropriate emergency or crisis services rather than relying on this website or its services.

2. Your Personal Responsibility

Your participation in any session or group experience is voluntary.

You understand that Helen serves as a facilitator, guide, and practitioner, and that your experience and results are influenced by your own participation, choices, circumstances, and actions.

You agree to:

participate to the best of your ability;

communicate openly about anything that may affect your ability to participate safely;

take responsibility for your own decisions and wellbeing;

follow any personal self-care practices you choose to undertake following a session; and

arrive for sessions in a sober state and free from the influence of alcohol, recreational drugs, or other substances that may impair your ability to participate fully.

The existing client agreement uses this same principle: Helen's role is to guide and facilitate the process, while the participant remains responsible for their own participation and choices.

3. Private Sessions

Private sessions are offered by appointment.

The specific nature, duration, investment, and number of sessions included will be communicated at the time of booking or purchase.

Depending upon the service selected, a session may include personal exploration, clearing practices, guidance, spiritual mentorship, coaching, or other approaches within Helen's scope of practice.

Helen will make every reasonable effort to provide a compassionate, respectful, and supportive environment.

However, no specific outcome or result can be guaranteed.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Helen understands that life happens.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a private session, please provide at least 48 hours' notice whenever possible.

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled session

You may request a refund or reschedule your session.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session

Because the appointment time has been reserved specifically for you, payments are generally non-refundable when less than 48 hours' notice is provided.

Helen may, at her discretion, make an exception in circumstances such as illness, emergency, or other significant unforeseen circumstances.

Sessions that have already been delivered

Payments for sessions that have already been provided are non-refundable.

If Helen needs to cancel or reschedule a session, she will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice and arrange another mutually convenient time.

These provisions are intended to honor both the client's time and Helen's time, consistent with the scheduling and cancellation principles in the existing client agreement.

5. Group Clearing Experiences

LiberatingYou.com may offer group clearing events, circles, activations, and other facilitated group experiences.

By participating, you acknowledge that these experiences involve other participants and that absolute confidentiality cannot be guaranteed with respect to what another participant may hear, see, or remember.

You agree to respect the privacy of other participants and not to record, photograph, reproduce, or share another participant's personal disclosures without their express permission.

Helen may establish additional guidelines for a particular group experience, and those guidelines will apply to participants in that experience.

If a group experience is recorded, participants will be informed of the recording arrangements before or during the event.

6. Respectful Participation

LiberatingYou.com is intended to be a respectful and supportive environment.

Participants agree not to engage in harassment, threats, discrimination, abusive conduct, or behavior that interferes with another participant's ability to participate.

Helen reserves the right to end a session or remove a participant from a group experience if she reasonably believes that continuing the interaction is inappropriate or unsafe.

7. Payments

All prices are stated in the currency indicated at the time of purchase.

Payment must be received according to the terms presented when booking or purchasing.

Helen reserves the right to change pricing, offerings, or availability at any time. Changes will not affect purchases that have already been completed unless otherwise required by law.

8. Book & Digital Products

LiberatingYou.com may offer books, e-books, guides, or other digital products.

All intellectual property contained within these products belongs to Helen Robinson and/or the applicable rights holder unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing a book or digital product gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the material for your own personal purposes.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, publish, upload, share, or commercially exploit the material without written permission.

For digital products, purchases are generally non-refundable once the digital product has been accessed or downloaded, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
